Hartmann Atrauman® Silicone Dressing 5cm x 7cm is a sterile, non-adherent wound contact dressing designed to provide gentle wound protection and support atraumatic dressing changes. Its soft silicone contact layer is designed to minimise adhesion to the wound bed while allowing wound exudate to pass through to a suitable secondary absorbent dressing.

The silicone contact layer conforms gently to the wound surface and surrounding skin, helping protect delicate tissue during dressing changes. Its flexible construction makes it suitable for wound-care applications where gentle contact and easy dressing removal are important.

Atrauman® Silicone is a soft and permeable wound contact layer made of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) mesh as a carrier material which is coated on both sides with (polydimethylsiloxane-based) silicone gel.
