B. Braun Askina® SilNet Plus is a soft silicone wound contact layer designed to provide gentle, non-adherent contact with the wound. Its silicone surface helps minimise disturbance to the wound bed during dressing changes while allowing wound exudate to pass through to a suitable secondary dressing.
The flexible construction is designed to conform to different wound surfaces and can be used beneath an absorbent secondary dressing. It is suitable for wound-care applications where gentle wound contact and comfortable dressing changes are required.
