B. Braun Askina® DresSil® Silicone is a non-border foam dressing designed to provide gentle wound coverage while supporting the management of wound exudate. Its soft silicone wound contact layer is designed to provide gentle contact with the wound and surrounding skin.
The absorbent foam structure helps manage wound fluid while providing a protective layer over the wound. The non-border design offers flexibility in application and allows the dressing to be secured with a suitable secondary dressing or fixation method according to wound-care requirements.
