B. Braun Askina® SilNet Plus is a soft silicone wound contact layer designed to provide gentle, non-adherent contact with the wound. Its silicone construction helps minimise disturbance to the wound bed during dressing changes while allowing wound exudate to pass through to a suitable secondary dressing.

The flexible contact layer is designed to conform to different wound surfaces and can be used beneath an absorbent secondary dressing. This provides flexibility for wound-care applications where gentle wound contact and atraumatic dressing changes are important.
